Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer will perform an independent actuarial review of SAIF for a calendar year ending December 31. The review will include a report on the reasonableness of SAIF’s reserves and the adequacy of surplus. Agency will provide Deliverables resulting from the Proposers review to the Governor of the State of Oregon, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House as required by ORS 656.772 and Deliverables will be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Secretary of State’s established rules and procedures governing public disclosure of audit documents. Final Deliverables will also be provided to the auditors of SAIF’s Financial Statements as required for the completion of that audit.
