Specifications include, but are not limited to: Blend: 90% Tall Fescue, 10% Kentucky Blue Grass seed mix. 11.1.1 Mix must contain three varieties of Tall Fescue and one variety of Kentucky Blue Grass; only improved varieties selected from the most recent University of Maryland TT-77 Turf grass Technical updated recommended Turf grass cultivar for certified sod. 11.1.2 Seed Mix must be Blue Tag Maryland Sod Certified and tagged by Maryland Department of Agriculture interagency certification. Mix must contain 0.00% weed seed, 0.00% other crop seeds and less than 0.80% inert matter. 11.1.3 3-way Turf Type Tall Fescue equaling 90% weight and Kentucky Blue Grass equaling 10%. 11.1.4 Minimum 20% and Maximum 40% each Tall Fescue cultivar. 11.1.5 Each Tall Fescue cultivar will come from certified seed. 11.1.6 All bags will be packed 50lb per bag and have an attached seed analysis tag. 11.2 No substitutions on seed variety, mix percentage or packaging size. Seed mix must be delivered in 50lb bags.
