Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid work includes furnishing all materials, labor and equipment to complete partial demolition and replacement of approximately 890 linear feet of timber bulkhead fronting two state owned properties along Bonner’s Point in Bath, Beaufort County, North Carolina. All Base Bid and Add/Alternate bulkhead replacement includes partial demolition of the existing bulkhead and installation of vinyl sheet piles, timber framing, ground anchors, granular backfill and seeding and mulching. Alternate Bid Work: Add Alternate #1: Add/Alternate Bid is requested for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment to complete removal and replacement of approximately 90 linear feet of timber bulkhead along the shoreline adjacent to the Bath Historic Foundation pier. Add/Alternate #2: Add Alternate Bid is requested for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment to complete partial removal and replacement of approximately 125 linear feet of bulkhead along the shoreline immediately west of the right-of-way of King Street, designated as the East Bulkhead
