Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Topographic survey of project area. Survey to include potential trees along corridor that could be impacted by the project. Survey to include size and type of trees. • Prepare plans, specification, and construction administration for the extension of water and sewer utilities west along CSAH 39 as shown in phase 1 improvements in the attached exhibit. Estimated project construction cost is $1.7 Million. • Provide construction inspection and construction staking. • Work with Wright County to obtain right-of-way permit for utility construction. • Coordinate with Wright County’s planned pavement preservation project on CSAH 39 scheduled for construction in 2025. • Work with Wright County to obtain a ditch crossing permit for the crossing of the County Ditch. Crossing is assumed to be trenchless construction. • Prepare easement exhibits for utility installation: Easement exhibits expected for the following parcels: o Wright County- Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park o PID 213100102203 o PID 213100091103 o PID 213100091200 • Assist with the acquisition of utility easements. • Coordinate with Xcel Energy for work under electric transmission lines. • Review long range water and sewer plans for design of utility trunk mains. • Prepare request for proposals for any required geotechnical investigation and construction services. • Perform wetland delineation as required. Section of Otter Creek where utility crossing is proposed is a Wright County Ditch. • Project shall conform with all requirements for grant funds received from MN DEED. Draft grant agreement is attached. • To minimize project costs utilities constructed outside of the existing pavement section, if possible, with private utility and right-of-way constraints.
