Specifications include, but are not limited to: This CATS+ TORFP is issued to acquire the services of twenty-five (25) resources. Twenty-three (23) resources are required to be available upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) effective date. Four (4) of the twenty-three resources are dedicated as Key Personnel, three resumes for each key personnel are required to be included with the proposal. A. Network Engineer (Senior) – Total Quantity Three (3) – (All Three (3) resources required at NTP, one (1) is dedicated as a Key Personnel) B. Network Engineer (Junior) – Total Quantity Five (5) – (Four (4) resources required at NTP, one (1) is dedicated as a Key Personnel). C. Helpdesk Specialist (Senior) – Total Quantity Thirteen (13) – (Twelve (12) resources required at NTP, one (1) is dedicated as a Key Personnel). D. Helpdesk Specialist (Junior) – Total Quantity Four (4) – (All Four (4) resources required at NTP, one (1) is dedicated as a Key Personnel). The Master Contractor must specify the labor category corresponding to each of the four (4) key positions. 2.1.3 In addition to the twenty-three (23) resources who will be available as of the NTP date, SHA will have the option of adding up to two (2) additional resources to this Task Order for a maximum twenty-five (25) resources. All resources beyond the initial twenty-three (23), including 4 key personnel, will be requested through a Work Order process (see Section 3.12). The two (2) additional resources are: A.
