Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.4.1 Administrative: This will include creating marketing materials. Marketing materials must follow accessibility guidelines as laid out by OCDD. 3.4.2 Recruiting applicants: This will include marketing and outreach to diverse and traditionally underserved communities across the state including but not limited to Spanish speaking and other linguistically diverse communities, black and ethnic minority communities, rural populations. a. Creating and preparing application packets and related materials. • Application packets will include demographic information, language requirements and technology or internet needs, or other materials needed for application packets, as identified by Contractor, and approved by the Agency. • Application packets will also include information for applicants to apply for a childcare stipend during the sessions. Agency and Contractor will work to develop the criteria for the childcare stipend. b. Reviewing participant applications alongside OCDD A total of 32-35 participants will be accepted into the Partners in Policymaking sessions. c. Scheduling and organizing six virtual and a mandatory minimum of 2 in-person sessions n for one cohort of 32-35 participants. • This will include the first session and 6th session (see section ). The final, sixth session, which includes a graduation ceremony, may be in-person, virtual or hybrid. • Contractor shall ensure the interpretation and language access support is available for all participants who request such support. • Each of the six Cohort sessions will be held on Saturday and Sunday and will run for four hours per day, including breaks. • Cohort sessions will occur every two or three weeks. d. Finding and scheduling presenters, for each session upon Agency approval.
