Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: • OYA employees and end users will need to learn and adopt new low-code platform which requires a significant amount of testing. • New low-code platform requires re-implementation and there is no direct upgrade or migration path. Software Contractors don’t provide access to their underlying code for such migration. • Transferring data models and proprietary components between low-code platforms is not feasible. • Existing workflows and business logic will need to be re-designed for any new low-code platform. • Training users on a new low-code platform is time-consuming and costly. • New low-code platform may not support the same level of customization or flexibility as current low-code platform in use. This requires a significant amount of analysis and proof of concept. • New low-code platform may have its own vendor lock-in issues, limiting future flexibility.
