All products need to be applied per manufacturer instructions including any recommended prep work. Paint: Sherwin Williams "Teardrop white" oil-based gloss. Applied over a primer coat. (Kilz or equivalent) Include football restroom and PE restroom when painting. Paint all shelving as well. Epoxy: Cover floors and tile shower walls in epoxy. Include football restroom and PE restroom when painting. Prep first by sealing holes and cracks. (see existing epoxy floors in building and match) Construction: build 6" CMU wall per drawings with 44" wood door to match existing door. Locks from both sides. Build 7' long 6" PT stud wall for plumbing. Cover with mold resistant drywall and then plastic waterproof wall panel on mop sink side of wall. Build 6" CMU wall to ceiling in football shower area. Create a 60" metal frame cased opening in keeping with existing building. Remove shower curb per drawings. Install black base trim where appropriate. Electrical: Relocate existing light ballasts and install additional lights in each space as needed to create even lighting without casting dark spots. Lights are LED. Football shower room needs to be on a different switch from the storage room behind it. Supply power for 50-pound Speed Queen washer/ dryer stack (spec sheet included in drawings) install 1 outlet in stud wall on the mop sink side. Gas: Supply gas for 50-pound Speed Queen washer/ dryer stack (spec sheet included in drawings) HVAC: Supply fresh air intake as well as exhaust vent to outside for 50-pound Speed Queen washer/ dryer stack (spec sheet included in drawings) Plumbing: Supply water for 50-pound Speed Queen washer/ dryer stack (spec sheet included in drawings) Install shut off valve above mop sink as specified on drawings. Install mop sink. Remove 3 shower towers. Floor drains will be kept in 2 locations, the 3rd will be used for drain plumbing from mop sink and washer. Room fixtures: remove shelving from existing storage room and install in new storage room. Install new heavy duty hanging rods forjerseys. Remove shoulder pad racks from existing storage and install them above the jersey hanging rods.
