1. Conditioning of the existing Animal Care Services Kennel through the install/upgrade of existing building components for thermal performance and new mechanical systems in accordance with the Construction plans and Technical Specifications for this project. 2. Work includes concrete foundation, concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall construction, aluminum fencing gate, application of thermal/acoustic insulation at roof interior, protection of existing finished surfaces, replacement of existing overhead coiling doors, provision, and installation of mechanicalsystems(cooling/exhaust), electrical and plumbing work, and roof modification to accommodate the new exhaust fan. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for providing windstorm inspection and certification on all elements of roof work.
