The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to on an as-needed basis: 1. Insulation Assessment: Conducting a thorough assessment of existing chill water and steam pipes to determine insulation needs and identify any areas requiring repair or replacement. 2. Material Procurement: Providing high-quality insulation materials suitable for chill water and steam pipes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 3. Installation Services: Providing skilled labor for the installation of insulation materials on chill water and steam pipes, including preparation, fitting, and sealing. 4. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all installed insulation meets or exceeds performance standards and provides effective thermal insulation. 5. Project Management: Coordinating project scheduling, logistics, and communication to minimize disruption to ongoing University operations and ensure timely completion. 6. Documentation: Providing comprehensive documentation, including project reports, material specifications, and compliance certificates
