Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to work with the ADMH-DD, Alabama Medicaid Agency, and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as needed, to amend and/or renew Community Waiver applications (1915 (c), 1915 (I), and 1115. 2. Contractor agrees to work with ADMH-DD on a Community Waiver Comprehensive Implementation Plan to address post launch issues. 3. Contractor agrees to assist ADMH-DD with initiation of a Comprehensive Outreach/Educational Plan targeting Community Waiver Program-eligible population to ensure year to year enrollment targets are met. 4. Contractor agrees to assist the ADMH-DD with provider recruitment, credentialling, and contracting, as needed. 5. Contractor agrees to assist ADMH-DD with implementation of the 1115 Waiver Evaluation Plan and reporting of outcomes and other data as required by CMS. 6. Contractor agrees to provide monthly post-launch technical assistance hours for the Community Waiver Program, including opportunities to interface with providers as needed both pre and post programs’ launch. 7. Contractor agrees to provide analysis of Community Waiver Program service utilization and related rate methodologies eight months post-launch and to make specific recommendations for corresponding adjustments to services and rates. 8. Contractor agrees to provide technical assistance to ADMH-DD and Medicaid, as needed, specific to the Community Waiver Program.
