Specific Services include, but are not limited to, the following: 2.4.1 Cohort Outreach, Application, and Evaluation • Provide informational sessions and conduct outreach (especially to Culturally Specific Organizations and rural areas) to ensure widespread awareness and understanding of the training components (i.e. what the training is for, when and where it is occurring, who is eligible, what are the expectations of participants, etc.) and how to apply for cohort participation. • Facilitate the cohort application and evaluation process. Agency will be invited to participate on the evaluation committee for cohort selection. 2.4.2 PSH Workshops • Create a PSH workshop experience providing not less than 80 hours of training which includes training and individualized technical assistance in: o Project vision and concept development o Services in Permanent Supportive Housing o Building community support o Building design o Financing and budgeting o Property management o Tenant leadership o Housing First and PSH • Workshop training must have capacity to train up to 10 Permanent Supportive Housing development teams with up to 60 total participants. Training can be in person or hybrid with some sessions in person and some remote sessions, but cannot be remote for more than 3 sessions unless approved by Agency. • Training must support development teams and projects from both rural and urban areas of Oregon. Curriculum must be flexible to provide guidance for different types of target populations and various capacities of supportive service providers.
