Fuel Depot Maintenance and Service Plan

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance and Service Contract: • The State is seeking proposals and intends to contract with a vendor to supply a fuel station/depot hardware and repair service plan. The awarded vendor must have the ability to install new infrastructure and repair existing infrastructure. The vendor will be expected to provide technical service for the installation, replacement, and repair of all fuel dispensing hardware at the locations listed in this solicitation. Required Testing Billed Separately on per test basis: • Fuel depot inspections -The vendor must complete all fuel depot compliance testing to include: Veeder Root testing and certifications – all fourteen fuel depot locations -completed annually. o Stage one testing - all fourteen fuel depot locations – completed annually. o Hydrostatic sump, spill bucket, and dispenser containment testing (Pontiac and RI Veterans Cemetery only) – completed annually. o UST tank and product pipeline testing (Pontiac and RI Veterans Cemetery only) completed annually. o Cathodic protection testing (Veterans Cemetery only) – completed annually. o The vendor must complete the monthly A/B operator UST and AGST inspections. all fourteen fuel depot locations o The vendor must complete the biannual fire suppression/alarm inspections.
