Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project scope includes the design and subsequent construction for the conversion of approximately 3000 square feet of existing office space into a new command and communications control center. The work will include very limited demolition and reconfiguration of walls, ceilings, doors and floor systems and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, life safety and other affected building systems. The overall design will incorporate a specialized audio-visual display and control console system which will be designed and installed by a third-party design firm contracted separately by the Owner. The audio-visual design documents and other requirements will be provided to the Design Professional for consideration and inclusion in the new design.
