Granite School District is requesting the services of a licensed general contractor to repair concrete slab in main gymnasium. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to protect the surrounding areas from any damage. All damage done to the facility during repairs will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair as part of this project. • Clean existing slab of all debris and dispose of offsite. • Prep existing slab for sealer and self-leveling underlayment material, including but not limited to foam all gap, grind cracks and high spots. • Apply sealer per manufacturer specifications. • Pump in 9,500 sq ft of self-leveling cement smoothing and floor patch compound material to maximum of 1” and minimum of ¾” per manufactures specifications. • New underlayment material shall meet 1/8 inch (plus or minus) in a 10-foot radius tolerance.
