The Department of Public Safety (DPS), Alaska State Troopers, is looking to lease a float plane slip on Seymore Lake. Lease: One Float Plane Slip with dock and driveway up to dock. Restrooms and office space if available is preferred. DPS must have exclusive use of one float plane slip to be available at any time for use. Access to the dock and the dock shall be maintained in good working condition throughout the life of the lease. This lease shall be a seasonal lease for the months of approximately June 15th to October 15th,2024, with two seasonal options of renewal from April 15th to October 15th to be executed solely by the State of Alaska. Renewal options shall be under the same terms and condition as the original contract.
