The scope of this procurement shall encompass the requirements outlined in this RFP, for qualified licensed contractors for on-call/on-demand described herein. Per New Mexico Procurement Code Statute 13-1-153 multiple source award; limitations on use and Per New Mexico Procurement Code Statute 13-1-154 Multiple source award; determination required, the City of Carlsbad has determined that it is necessary to make a multiple source award to ensure the City’s construction needs are met as the needs arise. The contract will be for a period of one year and may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods, pursuant to funding availability, satisfactory service provision, as determined by the City of Carlsbad, and if mutually agreed upon by both parties.
