Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall remove all trash and waste material. All work shall be done Monday through Friday during the TTC’s business hours of 7AM to 4PM EST. Contractor shall install carpet squares and LVT in the Amphitheater and Restaurant areas at the TTC Palmer Campus, covering approximately 4,100 square feet in the following areas: o Amphitheater 182 – approx. 2,500 sq ft (carpet squares) o Amphitheater 182 – approx. 610 sq ft (LVT) o Restaurant 181 – approx. 990 sq ft (carpet squares) o Restaurant 181A – approx. 10 sq ft (carpet squares) o Restaurant 181B – approx. 50 sq ft (carpet squares); Measurements listed above are provided for estimation and must be field verified by contractor. Installation by Contractor shall Include: Removal of: o Existing carpet and flooring; Installation of: Contractor shall install: o Carpet squares from Aladdin Unexpected Mix Tile Collection – Color: Coincide o Stair Nosing – Johnsonite Double Undercut (VRD-40) – Color: Black o CTA-40-Q transitions, Johnsonite – Color: Black o LVT – Symbiotic 20 – Color: Bronzite ; Contractor Shall o Scarify floors – 4,100 sq ft estimated o Patch floor where needed with product recommended by manufacturer of flooring product o All installation must meet manufacturer recommendations and standards for noted collections. Desired completion date will be determined between contractor and Contract Coordinator.
