The work at the lot on 5th and G Streets comprises grading the site to accommodate accessible parking spaces complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), including, but not limited to pedestrian access, new curbing, drainage improvements and fencing. One driveway and a portion of the sidewalk, curb and gutter will be replaced on G street. Paint marking and ADA signage will be installed in the parking area. The work at the lot on H Street comprises grinding existing pavement, grading the site to accommodate ADA parking, new curbing and drainage improvements. One concrete valley gutter will be constructed on the south edge of the project. One existing driveway will be removed, and a portion of the sidewalk, curb and gutter will be replaced on H street. Paint marking and ADA signage will be installed in the parking area.
