Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) intend to renew for 1 year/12 months their agreement with Healthcare Academy for continued, uninterrupted web-based learning, educational, documentation and quality assurance tools for MDVA staff. The web-based learning application will include but is not limited to; Healthcare Academy Learning Management System and Competency Documentation Tool, collectively “the Products”. The web-based learning modules will provide the required/mandatory healthcare training and act as a record management system that can also be used for auditing purposes. Healthcare Academy are the sole developers of this web-based healthcare learning application and reserve all rights, including without limitation license rights for their products and services. No ownership or other rights are transferable, and all trademarks, logos, and services marks (collectively, “Trademarks”) contained in their products are owned and not available through third-party entities. For these reasons, the State believes this to be a single source renewal.
