Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Select demolition of interior partitions, flooring, casework and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to prepare for alterations. • Modify and refinish Level 0 reception desk/office per spec. • Install tackable acoustic panels/tiles on Level 3 reception wall per drawings. • Create new offices with new gypsum walls and prefabricated demountable partition DIRTT walls with doors that have locks with interchangeable cores. • Relocate and provide new power, data and lighting as required for reconfigured workstations, new offices, lounge and copy area. • Ceiling tile and grid modifications as required with the creation of new offices and relocation of lighting. Re-use ceiling tile and grid where possible. New ceiling tile and grid to match existing. • Add new and modify existing mechanical supply and return, fire sprinkler and fire alarm as required by code with the creation of new offices. Any new sprinkler heads and fire alarm devices to tie into existing fire suppression system. • New doors, door hardware and card readers per spec. Card readers to tie into existing controller system. • Paint walls in scope of work areas, match existing texture. • New flooring and base only in the Victims Services Lounge.
