The scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in Exhibit A and associated specifications and plans as provided by Horry County School. The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform and complete the installation of asphalt pavement loop roads, concrete sidewalks and curb, and all associated utilities and appurtenances, including but not limited to pavement, striping, pedestrian access, fencing, storm water drainage, grassing, stabilization, pond excavation, and site improvements at the following location: Black Water Middle School.
