Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Twelve month of removte factory software support for SMS 25-user system. Includes unlimited telephone and remote support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, software upgrades (v5.36 and above) and annual system health check. 2.2 Vendor to provide two (2) people for SMS Administrator Training per year, at no charge to the District. 2.3 Only certified Vanderbilt SMS resellers/dealers will be considered for award. All vendors must include a letter from Vanderbilt with quote response indicating that they are a certified Vanderbilt SMS reseller/dealer. The letter must be dated within the last three (3) months. 2.4 Service start date is July 16, 2024. 2.5 Actual support is to be provided by Vanderbilt. 2.6 Pricing must be submitted on the Quote Form provided. 2.7 If vendor wishes for CCSD to sign a separate Agreement with regard to any products listed in this quote, it MUST be attached to Quote Form for review. CCSD will not entertain Agreements submitted after an award letter is signed. 2.8 Description, model, and pricing on invoice must match what is listed on purchase order.
