Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lancaster County Parks and Recreation is seeking vendors to supply uniforms for their sports programs. The awarded contract will be for one (1) year with the option for the County to renew for an additional three (3) years. Delivery of all orders will be within 21 days of initial order, and re-orders are to be delivered within 14 days. All invoices are due within 30 days of delivery to mitigate payment issues. Multiple colors will be used to differentiate between teams. Multi colored shirts can be used to achieve this requirement. Information on the previous fiscal year sports is listed below, along with the requirements for each uniform. Sponsor information will include a company name and logo. Each submission will be evaluated and scored. The top vendors will be shortlisted. The shortlisted vendors will be required to supply samples of jerseys for each sport. All proposals should include the brand name, fabric type, and type of printing used for each sport.
