Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Project is anticipated to be phased over 3 fiscal years and will require 1 Bid set with multiple alternates or phasing. The project requirements shall include, but are not limited to, the following: • Design services for the removal and replacement of the existing roof systems for the areas identified above using the assessment report and recommendations for replacement. The new roof shall meet current energy code requirements. • Repair miscellaneous masonry and flashing conditions required to complete the roof replacement including, but not limited to the conditions identified in the assessment report. • Verify the operation of all existing roof-mounted mechanical units, exhaust vents, and penetrations. Obsolete equipment and penetrations shall be removed.
