Specifications include, but are not limited to: The program must adhere to, align with, and provide the following: * Provides options for computer-adaptive early literacy, reading, and math assessments for students in English and Spanish * Curriculum-based measures (CBM) for reading and math; and a platform that allows teachers to administer ready-made skill checks, or create and administer their own items *Uses empirically-based, state-specific learning progressions in English to organize reading and math skills in teachable order that students master at each grade level be ready for college and careers. * Can administer the computer-adaptive tests for screening and/or progress monitoring. *Can use test results to group students for instruction and/or intervention and place them in a variety of Kâ12 practice and instructional solutions * Provides data-based goal-setting guidance and custom options to help teachers personalize learning targets and evaluate instruction and/or interventions. *Meets the requirements of Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) for strong evidence of efficacy. * Works with various popular devices, including Chromebooks and iPads. * Has professional development opportunities for educators.
