Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor is expected to perform the following tasks: 1. Site Inspection: Conduct on-site inspections of designated roadways and parking areas to assess the condition of pavements. • Attend Pre-bid Meeting in person or virtually. • The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Roads Shop located at 829 South Coleman, Tooele, UT 84074 on May 29, 2024 @ 11AM. Distress Identification: Identify and categorize pavement distresses, including but not limited to: • Cracking (all types) • Potholes • Rutting • Spalling • Surface deformation • Fading and discoloration 3. Data Collection: Utilize appropriate technology and equipment to collect accurate and detailed data on pavement distress. This may include but is not limited to photographs, videos, and geospatial information. Enter all distress information into polygons in ESRI. 4. Severity Assessment: Evaluate the severity of identified distresses and provide a rating or index for each distress type. 5. Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing the findings in ESRI, including: • Location and extent of distresses • Severity assessment • Recommendations for maintenance and repairs • Pavement Condition Index (PCI) for each segment.
