(contractor) proposes to furnish tools, equipment, material, and labor to complete the scope below: Demolition of Existing Block Building: 1. Disconnect electrical equipment from the existing block building. 2. Demolish and legally dispose of block building, including walls and roof. 2.1 Building foundation and slab will remain. Construction of Building Foundation, Concrete Wall and Pads, and Drain System: 1. Design and construct foundation for new pre-engineered building. 1.1. Foundation will include four building corner footings. 1.2. In addition to the footings, a perimeter concrete foundation and barrier wall will be constructed. Wall will be approximately 12” thick and as deep as required by structural engineer calculations. 2. A French drain system will be installed in the interior of the building, consisting of gravel and corrugated drain pipe. Drain pipe will be run from the interior of the building and daylighted on the exterior of the building. 3. The interior of the building area will be excavated to remove dirt near the floor level, and then granite screenings (or gravel if that is preferred) will be installed in the interior of the building to a level flush with the block building floor level and the perimeter concrete foundation. 4. Install 4’ X 4’ X 6” concrete landing on exterior of building in man-door location. 5. Install 10’ X 10’ X 6” concrete landing on exterior of building in roll-up door location. 6. Install small concrete pad on exterior of building for mini-split condenser. Construction of 21’ X 42’ X 10’ Eave Pre-engineered Metal Building: 1. Provide and install a pre-engineered metal building similar to the pump station VFD building. 1.1 Building will be 21’ X 42’, with 10’ eaves and a 3:12 roof slope. 1.2 Building will have R-30 roof insulation and R-19 wall insulation. 1.3 Building will have interior wall liner panels. 1.4 Building will have a 3’ X 7’ man-door with ½ glass, panic hardware, kick plate, latch guard and
