Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material, and equipment for the construction of work for interior finishes, which shall include flooring, painting, and ceiling grid and tile. The plumbing, scope of work shall be the demolition of an existing bath and modify to be ADA compliant. There is to also be the removal of the water heater and rerouting of the associated water piping. Electrical work is the removal and replacement of existing ceiling mounted lay-in lighting fixtures. HVAC will be the relocation of the ceiling mounted diffusers associated with the removal and replacement of the A.C.T. and grid. There is to be the installation of a fire suppression system, inclusive of sprinklers and a monitoring system.
