Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Unit #5 is approximately 1,172 square foot house (The exterior measurements are 26’2.5” Width and 42’2” Length.), which is currently demolished down to the building interior studs. The Scope of Work is to include the following areas: two (2) bedrooms, one (1) bathroom with exhaust fan, one (1) Kitchen with exhaust fan, one (1) Livingroom, one (1) Storage room with freezer plug, one (1) Laundry Room, Interior & Exterior Lighting, hallways, two (2) exterior entrances with exterior lights, one (1) Boiler Room with boiler, water heater and heat trace for water and sewer lines installed per 2021 International Residential Codes (IRC). The house will require all new grounding, wire, switches (single and two way), outlets, house panel box with breakers for the completion of work. Any exterior wiring will need to be installed in PVC conduit schedule 80. • The existing wiring will need to demolished in the walls, floors and ceilings. • New electrical to be at rough-in state. • Light Fixtures will be provided by YSD. • Attached are photos of the existing panel box, exterior front & back of house, current kitchen studs, and basic house layout. • Attached is the new kitchen layout. • Yupiit School District will provide lodging and transportation in Akiachak.
