Specifications include, but are not limited to: The responsibilities under the awarded contract may include consultation to create a long-term strategic brand for The CHOOSE Act Program (hereafter “Program”) that complements ALDOR’s current brand, while carrying the newly created brand forward into public facing materials such as promotional materials, business collateral, outreach presentations, and digital media, which could include: • Building a logo brand portfolio that is used in agency materials and all Program outreach • Defining target audiences and formatting outreach as appropriate for each • Providing outreach presentation templates and digital media templates • Providing branded Program material templates • Assisting in the development of the Program’s website It is our expectation that upon selection we will develop and agree to a scope of work to be delivered by the selected marketing communications firm, keeping in mind that we are stringent with our cost-control measures and always seek to be good stewards of state resources.
