Specifications include, but are not limited to: The NOAB desires to engage a qualified, experienced firm to provide full service landscape consulting and exterior landscaping services for the South Campus Facilities, including the Airport Access Road, and South Campus loop roadway. Proposers should possess a broad background and experience in the field of landscape maintenance for large and varied areas of landscaping. The solicited contract will require both professional consulting services and landscape maintenance and planting services, as detailed in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposers are required to have staff with the following active licenses: Louisiana Landscape Architect’s License, Landscape Horticulturist License, and an Arborist License. Additional licenses may be necessary as required by the State of Louisiana Department of Forestry and Agriculture in order to meet the requirements as outlined in this scope of services
