Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specifications for Labor: • Work shall be completed in a professional manner while adhering to all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards • Additionally inspect the equipment for any hidden damages or repairs that are in addition to the approved work on the purchase order that is issued Specifications for Material: • All materials are to meet all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards • Two (2) Versatec 500 Series Geothermal units General Specifications: • Contractor will provide startup of system, instruction to unit personnel on proper operation and provide all manuals and documentation • Contractor to complete repair within (30) thirty days of purchase order being issued unless arrangements are made between the Vendor and this office • Contractor will provide (1) one year warranty on all workmanship and standard warranty on material as per manufacture specification • Job site is to be kept clean and safe during process and inspected by unit personnel upon completion of work • All debris and excess materials shall be removed upon job completion unless otherwise stated by NCARNG FMO personnel • Arrangements for site access shall be made with unit personnel
