Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lincoln County Schools is accepting bids for monthly structural Pest Control Services at the sites listed below and quarterly fire ant treatment for our Elementary sites. Monthly treatment shall consist of common areas, halls, bathrooms, breakrooms, kitchen areas, stock rooms and exterior perimeter. All emergency requests shall be addressed within 24 hours. The term of services will be for one year with an option to renew up to two additional years. Lincoln County Schools will notify the Contractor in writing, of its intent to add and/or remove facilities from service. Notification of such changes to the Contract will be issued via an Amendment and accepted by both the Contractor and Lincoln County Schools.
