• Work with the Director of R.O.C.K. Mat-Su and other key staff to develop a plan and timeline for management of contract deliverables, including regularly scheduled meetings. • Consult with the R.O.C.K. Mat-Su staff, Core Team, and other identified Hello BABY staff, as needs emerge, to inform the assessment and deliverables. • Write quarterly summaries with data pertinent to any grant reporting requirements. • Write an annual summary report submitted with a deadline in support of grant report. • Produce a final report summarizing all findings and key takeaways. • Develop or identify a measurement that examines the impact that engagement in Hello BABY-promoted social connections has on families. • Assist in evaluating the impact of the Basic Needs Fund on families, as well as the efficacy of the model as it expands, including the identification of relevant data. • Develop appropriate feedback loops that support action learning and facilitate the Core Team’s ability to effectively integrate feedback loops into the ongoing development of Hello BABY. • Develop specific feedback loops within the strategic sub-granting process to help assess, identify, and address barriers, gaps, and other challenges as they occur within the system. • Design and implement a process that makes explicit and maps the interactions within the Hello BABY network to integrate knowledge about key emergent interactions that create and support relational health and the elements necessary for families to thrive, using a social-ecological approach.
