Specifications include, but are not limited to: remove the existing two (2) Packaged Roof Mounted HVAC units and replace them with two (2) new Packaged Roof Top Mounted HVAC units. To remove and replace with new VAV heating control valves/associated actuators, and associated thermostats to twenty-six (26) existing VAV units. To remove and replace with new, two steam control valves and actuators. To remove existing the pneumatic HVAC Control system and replace with a new electronically controlled HVAC Control System, to control the new HVAC Units, the VAV control valves/thermostats and the steam control valves are to be connected/tied in with the existing Building Management System. The Contractor shall be required to obtain an Electrical Inspection Certificate from a non-governmental inspection agency approved by the State Fire Marshall’s office.
