The South Carolina Department of Administration, Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS), is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers to assist it in building out a long-term Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) solution, using the data in ServiceNow, that can be applied across the full range of the Shared Services offerings OTIS provides to the State. The two main components of the ITBM solution are IT Financial Management (ITFM) for invoice reporting and IT Service Level Management (ITSLM) for service management reporting. The raw data inputs for analysis will come from the existing ServiceNow platform. Further information can be found in Section III of this solicitation.
