Specifications include, but are not limited to: C1.1. The purpose of this solicitation is to request quotes from companies for the purchase of fresh delivered pizzas that meet the National School Lunch and Smart Snack requirements to the District’s kitchens. C1.2. Orders will be placed on an as needed basis, one (1) time a month to thirteen (13) elementary sites with an additional delivery option for the remaining six (6) kitchens for special events or circumstances. C1.3. The period of the award and purchase of fresh delivered pizzas will be for period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. C1.4. The school district reserves the right to renewal and extend award to the successful bidder for up to four (4) additional one‐year terms beyond the initial first full year term. C1.5. Product Formulation Statements or nutritional information form showing whole grain rich, and meat/meat alternate crediting information must be submitted with the request for quote. C1.6. Product specifications are provided on the bid form in WebProcure. C1.7. The bidder must be registered with WebProcure to submit a response to this solicitation.
