Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a vendor(s) to provide environmental isotope geochemistry analysis to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (PCA), Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA), other State Agencies, and members of the State’s Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) program. The Responder will be responsible to perform environmental isotope geochemistry analysis, on an as needed basis, as detailed below. The State has an on-going need for isotope analyses including: carbon-13 in dissolved organic carbon; carbon-13 and oxygen-18 in dissolved inorganic carbon; carbon-13 and Nitrogen-15 in animal tissue; carbon-14 and Carbon-13 in Water; deuterium and oxygen-18 in water; enriched tritium (maximum reporting limit of 0.8 tu) in water samples; nitrogen-15 in dissolved ammonium; oxygen-18 and nitrogen-15 in dissolved nitrate; oxygen-18 and sulfur-34 in dissolved sulfate or in barium sulfate powder; strontium-87 in dissolved strontium; sulfur-34 in Silver Sulfide; ultra-low tritium...
