Specifications include, but are not limited to: IT is requesting as-needed support in the following areas: 1) Maximo Spatial, including the following: a) Support the data synchronization between Esri) and Maximo featured services b) Support for the GIS (Esri) utility network upgrade and multi-site projects c) Support for bi-directional integrations of the GIS (Esri) application, including Ifix/patching d) Supporting 10 map services and 35 map service layers 2) Maximo Asset Management, including the following: a) Support integration errors b) Support automation scripts, escalations and cron-tasks using Python, Json, java, xml, and jython c) Support system configuration d) System administration support and testing e) Support for bi-directional integrations with PeopleSoft application, including Ifix/patching f) Special projects g) Troubleshooting
