Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed building is 50’ x 80’ metal (red iron) building. The building includes all sheeting, trim, guttering, doors, windows, insulation, and other appurtenances. The majority of the office area buildout will NOT be part of this project, see specifications below. All electrical and plumbing work as indicated below and, on the plans, will be included in this contract. This contract also includes all excavation for footings, site grading, fill for the building slab, parking demo and reconstruction, and all concrete required for the footings, floor slab, and sidewalks. Overhead power and fiber lines will be relocated by the owner prior to construction beginning. Construction staking shall be at the contractor’s expense. The owner shall set benchmarks as needed. The owner shall retain geotechnical services for testing all base materials and concrete. Contractor shall provide 24 hours’ notice to the owner for testing.
