Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all materials, labor and equipment to perform vehicle repair services for Blue Bird school buses of Canyons School District (CSD) in accordance with this scope of work and other terms and conditions contained herein. Buses will be delivered to the supplier for diagnosis and repair. In some instances, the buses may be picked up by the awarded supplier or the buses may need to be diagnosed/repaired at its current location and awarded supplier will need to come to the bus. After diagnosis and before any repairs are made, the company must call CSD Fleet Coordinator for approval to make the repair(s). After repair work is completed, the buses will be picked up by or returned to CSD depending what was agreed upon for the repair of the bus. Billing time will begin once the contractor has the started work (travel time, meals, and lodging are the responsibilities of the vendor and will not be paid by CSD). Prices quoted must be FOB Destination. Prices quoted must include all shipping charges and all costs associated with performing the work requested including but not limited to: administrative costs, quality control, billing costs, managerial costs, and overhead. No additional fees or charges will be passed on CSD unless they are specifically listed in the bid when submitted.
