Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Peoria intends to establish a contract with a qualified agency interested in providing professional services consisting of implementing and administering the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded owner-occupied Emergency Home Repair program. A. Contractor shall be responsible for managing and administering a federally funded emergency home repair program to the satisfaction of the City. The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in offering marketing, application intake and review, preparation of repair work documents, contractor acquisition, construction oversight, warranty services, and data collection. B. Contractor will intake all applications (ATTACHMENT A) and required documentation to verify eligibility for the program. This includes citizenship, residency, ownership, income eligibility, allowable requests, signatures and year constructed. C. Contractor will perform all required federal regulations prior to expending any funding at a property. This includes environmental reviews, sam.gov checks, and following the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements as outlined in 2 CFR 200.
