Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The consulting firm must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of roofing and waterproofing consulting. B. The firm should have a team of certified professionals including registered roof consultants (RRC) and registered waterproofing consultants (RWC). C. All assessments and recommendations must comply with the relevant industry standards and codes including but not limited to: o National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) guidelines and standards o American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards o Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) standards o International Building Code (IBC) o National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards D. The consulting firm should have prior experience working on projects of similar scope and complexity. E. The firm must have access to the necessary equipment and tools required for conducting thorough assessments including infrared thermography, moisture meters, and core sampling tools.
