Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove all fixtures in the restroom (2 toilets, 3 urinals, 2 sinks, partition walls, mirrors etc.), 2. Patch any holes and paint entire restroom (the City shall pick the color), 3. Remove old floor and install new vinyl floor, 4. Paint the ceiling tile grid and install new ceiling tiles, 5. Remove old light fixtures and install new light fixtures, 6. Install an exhaust fan wired in with lights, 7. Install 2 new sinks and faucets, 8. Install 2 new mirrors above each sink, 9. Install new paper towel holders and hand dryer, 10. Install 2 new toilets, 11. Install 3 new urinals, 12. Install new partition walls abound toilets and dividers between urinals, 13. Remove and install 1 new toilet in the ladies restroom
