Specifications include, but are not limited to: : The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for Oracle Linux software maintenance and support. 4.1. Software Maintenance and Support: Vendor must provide maintenance and support for the Licenses as follows: 4.1.1. Two (2) Licenses must be covered by maintenance and support. 4.1.1.1. Oracle Linux Operating System Software and Support: 4.1.2. Maintenance and support must be provided for one (1) year. 4.1.3. Maintenance and Support under the initial term of this Contract will be for the period beginning on award and ending on one (1) year from award date. Each 4.1.4. Reinstatement fees for lapsed support must be included in the first year of maintenance and support costs, if applicable. 4.1.5. Vendors must provide a copy of all applicable maintenance and support agreements prior to contract award for review and approval by the State of West Virginia. 4.1.6. Auto-renewals are not allowed.
