Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General Information: The City of High Point is actively seeking proposals from a qualified and experienced firm to provide the City with temporary employees to work in the Transit Division. The Temporary Worker Provider (firm) will provide routine workers that will work as a Transit Equipment Service Attendant for the Transit Division Maintenance or a Mystery Rider for the Operations Division. A job description has been provided, see Attachments F and H. Temporary employees performing Service Attendant duties must wear steel-toed shoes as they are working in a maintenance facility. There is no dress code for Mystery Riders. The typical work schedule for Service Attendants (which is subject to change) is from Monday to Friday (12 pm-9 pm). Work schedules are subject to be extended or shortened due to inclement weather, etc. as needed to accommodate the City’s needs. The work schedule for Mystery Riders will vary and can be any time between 5:45 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Friday and 8:45 am and 5:15 pm on Saturday. Work schedules are subject to change depending on actual transit system service hours.
