Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of the existing water source heat pump Heating/Cooling System including existing pumps, valves, controls and electrical power wiring and devices within the existing mechanical room. 2. Installation of new highly efficient natural gas condensing boilers, natural gas piping system, vent system, combustion air piping, condensate system and cascade control system. 3. Installation of new dual temperature hydronic piping valves, pumps, and specialties including new underground pre-insulated piping system and new highly efficient air-to-water chiller. 4. Architectural work associated with installing new systems & equipment. 5. Site work and layout improvements to accommodate new chiller and related work site work. 6. Electrical work to support new HVAC equipment
