Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Service Company shall provide repairs for traffic signals on an as needed basis as determined by the Traffic Signal Division Manager 2) Competitive bids for major lighting projects are excluded from this bid. 3) The term of this agreement shall be from the Council award date of June 30th , 2024, to June 30th, 2025. Labor rates, other charges and mark ups on material and parts, if any, shall remain as quoted during this agreement period. Please note that the City has the right to extend this agreement for up to four (4) additional years, for a total of five (5) years if both parties agree. 4) The Service Company under this agreement shall be the primary service provider for the street light work requested by the City of Broken Arrow Traffic Signal Division of the Street Department and will be called to provide requested traffic signal repair within the City of Broken Arrow. 5) Only street lighting repair, labor, material, equipment, and any other cost of repair will fall under this agreement.
