The State is seeking to hire a CM/GC who can effectively partner with the State on the Tennessee Tower 4th Floor Entry Level Envelope Repairs project to perform remediation of the existing waterproofing systems, replacement of the existing curtain wall system and all associated work. The work may include but is not limited to: selective demolition of 4th floor Plaza; refurbishment or replacement of existing drain system; replacement of waterproofing membranes; replacement of the 4th floor lobby curtain wall system; and repairs or possible replacement of paver material; and, all associated work. Project will include, at a minimum, removal, storage, and reinstallation of the existing mechanical system components currently integrated with the existing curtain wall system, but may include replacement of mechanical system components to integrate with new curtain wall system.
